Landmark Planning Reports - Updated with New Applications Daily
Landmark have recently confirmed that their planning reports now include daily updated planning application information.
Why this change?
As you may be aware, in 2021 more than 700,000 planning applications were submitted in England and Wales. This shows the necessity for the most accurate and up-to-date planning data.
Landmark’s specialist polygon data capture helps to instantly visualise the scale and potential impact that large applications may have on a client’s future enjoyment of a property.
Anglian Water CON29DW Commercial
From 1st September 2022, the CON29DW Commercial search in the Anglian Water region is being updated to cover sites up to 10 hectares (instead of the current 2 hectares).
To accommodate this significant (x5) increase in hectare size, the standard CON29DW Commercial price will also rise by £59 plus VAT. Note, the price will still be lower than the current Commercial Plus.
ClimateIndex from Groundsure
As you may already be aware, Groundsure are introducing a new module to their reports - ClimateIndexTM - to help ensure you are compliance-ready with both existing and new climate risk guidance.
ClimateIndexTM will be included as standard in Homebuyers, Avista, Screening and Review at no additional cost to you or your client.
Each new report will be provided with an additional cover page explaining what ClimateIndexTM is and why Groundsure have decided to include it. Please also be aware that, as a result of adding ClimateIndexTM into the above reports, the site plan that is usually present on page 1, has been moved to page 2.
