What's more the policy covers the life of the property and not just the period of your clients ownership.
These policies have been designed to be used as either a replacement for a chancel search OR with one if you are in receipt of a chancel search which shows potential liability, the price remains the same in either circumstance.
In addition, all four of these policies are offered at the above price on a successors in title basis and the level of cover is fixed regardless of property value.
