Exciting News: TM Group secures investment from AURELIUS to exit the CMA process
We are pleased to share some exciting news with you: TM Group has reached agreement for the sale of the business and secured investment from AURELIUS, a leading investment group known for supporting innovative growth businesses across Europe. This will fulfil the obligations entered into with the UK Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) arising from the sale of the business in 2021.
The entire senior management team at TM Group, including myself, wholeheartedly supports this move. AURELIUS shares our vision for business growth and our commitment to streamlining the property transaction for the benefit of all. This means you can be confident that our commitment to innovation, outstanding customer service, and independent advice remains unchanged.
