CDS COVID 19 Update

As part of our role as a trusted partner to our clients, tmgroup, along with our related businesses, Property Searches Scotland, Conveyancing Data Services and mio, has long-established Business Continuity Planning in place to ensure such services to our clients can continue in a wide range of circumstances. CDS has continually invested in a flexible and secure technology that underpins a range of our services and solutions and we are committed to continuing to provide our high levels of service.  

CDS have built established relationships with all of our partners and suppliers over our 10 year history and we are proactively working with them all to understand and mitigate loss of services that may happen if processes change. We will continue to update this page on any service or process changes as they happen.

CON29DW: Drainage and Water - Severn Trent Water, Anglian Water, Southern Water, Northumbrian Water, Thames Water, Wessex Water, Yorkshire Water, South West Water, United Utilities. Local Authority: Staffordshire Councils - Due to unavoidable resource levels, Staffordshire County Council have taken the decision to stop accepting and processing any new applications for Highway Extent searches.  This was imposed on 14th February and will be in place for the next 6 to 8 weeks (1 April).  We have updated our turnaround times on our Planval searches to reflect this service stoppage. If you already have an order placed with a Staffordshire Council region before 14th February, your order is being processed and we are experiencing a steady return of those orders.
