Looking to drive efficiencies in the firm in his new role as ‘Head of Residential Property’, Warren switched to the Conveyancing Data Services (CDS) and Redbrick Solutions integration; moving away from a previous search provider to take full advantage of the well-established partnership, as Warren commented:

The integration had a noticeable impact on our search ordering; giving us search ordering and results delivery via our Redbrick CMS, which has saved us a lot of time already.”

The switch itself also went smoothly, continued Warren:

So, as far as my team were concerned, it was pretty much a case of hitting the button and getting started straight away.”
