Hill & Abbott Charity Ball
Hill & Abbott decided to host a charity ball in aid of Farleigh Hospice. The idea was to have an event where the local community and clients could come together to raise funds for a worthy cause. The ball was a concept which took Hill & Abbott out of their comfort zone of arranging corporate events and provided an opportunity to give something back. They have supported Farleigh for many years and will continue to do so for many years to come. Farleigh is not just their charity of the year but they are friends and provide an amazing service to all, including members of the Hill & Abbott team and their families.
The next adventure with Farleigh is taking part in their next campaign which involves starting with £50.00 and turning this into more over a period of weeks.
In bringing the ball together we (Conveyancing Data Services) co-sponsored the event by providing goody bags and auction items including a Gucci Handbag donated by The Dressing Room in Witham, Essex. An iPad was also kindly donated by Steve Johnson at Landmark/Conveyancing Data Services and a signed oar and t-shirt signed and donated by Will Satch – Bronze Medal Winner Rower and three times World Champion.
Whilst Hill & Abbott Solicitors provide legal advice for people in Essex – Private Client services include Wills & Probate, Conveyancing Services, Commercial Services, Litigation and Employment Services; they are keen to ensure that they also support the local community and will continue to host events for charity.
Hill & Abbott would like to thank everyone for their support in making the ball such a fun night and for raising over £3,000 for Farleigh Hospice.
